HOW OUR MONTHLY SERVICE PLANS WORK:

When you enroll in one of our monthly membership plans, your credit or debit card will be charged between $19.99 and $39.99 (depending on the selected plan) immediately and on the same day each month until you cancel. Once registered, we will remotely connect to your device with your permission to perform a thorough diagnostic, scan, cleaning, and optimization. Your plan also includes data backup and Cyber Security Suite setup, based on your selection. We provide scheduled tune-ups and optimizations—whether semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly—which cover full system scans, threat removal, and performance enhancements.

REMOTE SUPPORT SESSIONS AND MONTHLY SERVICE PLANS:

Premium Plan: Receive two complimentary remote support sessions each month.

Advanced Plan: Enjoy one complimentary remote support session per month.

Basic Plan: Additional remote support sessions are available for $20 each.
